MindCheck (mindchecktest.xyz) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information is collected when you use our service, how it is used, and how it is protected.
1. Test Answers and Results
Test answers and scoring are processed in your browser. Continue-later progress, recent results, saved reflection notes and saved saju profiles may remain in browser local storage after you close the window. Delete them using the relevant feature's delete control or your browser's site-data settings. Result page URLs may include a result type, so that URL can be visible to people you share it with and to hosting and page analytics services. We do not provide a feature that submits raw answers or notes to a server.
2. Information We Collect
No account is required. Birth date and time entered into features such as saju, and answers entered into tests, are used for calculations in your browser. The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics for page visits, device and browser information, and country-level statistics. Connection information such as an IP address reaches the hosting provider when pages are requested. If you contact us by email, we process your address and message to reply. Advertising-related processing is described separately below.
3. Google AdSense Advertising and Cookies
Google AdSense integration code is included. If advertising is activated, Google may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Approval and revenue are not guaranteed. The site's cookie-choice interface is separate from Google's consent management service; our own interface is not a Google-certified CMP. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and choices.
4. Third-Party Services
Beyond Google AdSense, MindCheck may use limited third-party services to improve the service. These service providers have their own privacy policies, and MindCheck is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. If you visit other websites through third-party advertisements or links, please review the privacy policies of those sites.
5. Cookie Management
You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may limit some page features. If you wish to opt out of personalized advertising, you can change your settings at Google's ad settings page (myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy). Most browsers provide options to allow, block, or delete cookies in their settings menu.
6. Nature of Test Results
All psychological test results from MindCheck are informational self-reflection content. Test results do not replace professional psychological diagnosis, medical consultation, therapy, or legal advice. Before making important medical or legal decisions based on test results, please consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
7. Children's Privacy
MindCheck services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If you have reason to believe a child under 13 is using the service, please let us know through the contact page.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to changes in law, service improvements, or the introduction of new features. When significant changes occur, they will be reflected on this page and the last updated date will be changed. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
